    Is there a free plan?
    Yes. The Free plan includes a one-time 10-credit welcome bonus (15 if you sign up via a friend's referral link), full access to every platform, and basic trend data. No credit card required — upgrade only when you need more credits, saved idea buckets, multi-platform export, or API access.
    How much does TINS HUB cost?
    Free to start. Pro from $19/month and Power from $49/month, with Power adding team sharing and API access. Larger credit packs are available for higher-volume creators — see the plan cards above for current pricing.
    What is one credit?
    One credit discovers one trend with full content ideas — score, hooks, outline, and a post-or-skip decision.
    Do unused credits roll over?
    Your signup bonus stays in your account until used. Monthly credits from paid plans carry over to the next billing cycle, so a slow week isn't wasted.
    What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
    We don't prorate. You're charged the full new-plan price today and your new monthly credits land immediately. Any unused monthly credits from your old plan move into a rollover pool that stays valid until the end of your new billing cycle.
    Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes. Cancel or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. You keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period, and any unused monthly credits remain available during that window.
    Do you offer refunds?
    Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable once delivered, because access and credits are granted immediately at checkout. We honour refunds where required by mandatory consumer law or where the Service was materially unavailable — contact support@tinshub.com first and see our Terms of Service for the full policy.
    Which payment methods do you accept?
    Stripe for global users (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major regional methods) and Paystack for users in supported African markets (cards, bank transfer, mobile money). Pricing is shown in USD; local-currency conversion happens at checkout.
    Does Pro or Power include team sharing?
    Team sharing is a Power-plan feature. Power workspaces let multiple teammates join a shared workspace with a shared credit pool, saved ideas, and team activity log. Pro is single-seat.
    Is there an API?
    Yes, included with the Power plan. Generate trend briefs, poll job status, and adapt content for additional platforms with a single API key. Full reference at /docs/api.
