Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TINS HUB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is operated by two affiliated entities: Smart Earners Team Inc. (Delaware, USA), which is the merchant of record for international payments processed via Stripe, and Smart Innovation Technologies Limited, which is the merchant of record for African payments processed via Paystack. Your contracting party is determined by the payment processor used for your subscription.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

Content generated through TINS HUB is provided for your use. You retain ownership of content you create. TINS HUB retains all rights to the platform, branding, and underlying technology.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

TINS HUB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
