Terms of Service
Version 2.3 — Effective June 4, 2026
1. Acceptance & contracting party
By accessing or using TINS HUB ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is operated by two affiliated entities. Your contracting party — the "Company", "we", "us" — is determined by the payment processor used for your subscription:
- Smart Earners Team Inc. (Delaware, USA) for international payments via Stripe.
- Smart Innovation Technologies Limited (Federal Republic of Nigeria) for African payments via Paystack.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tinshub.com of any unauthorized use. You must not share or sell account access.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription; access continues until the end of the current period.
Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice; changes take effect at the next renewal. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by our payment processor.
5. Refunds & right of withdrawal
EU/UK consumers: you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscriptions. Because our Service grants credits and AI generation immediately upon subscription, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once digital content has been delivered (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).
Outside this rule, refunds are granted at our discretion, typically only where required by mandatory consumer law or where the Service was materially unavailable. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support@tinshub.com may result in account suspension.
6. Credits
"Credits" are non-monetary internal units used to consume Service features. Credits:
- have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are non-transferable;
- are non-refundable except as required by law;
- follow tier-specific rules: the Free tier receives a one-time signup bonus only (no monthly refill); paid tiers receive a monthly allotment with rollover and bonus pools, as described in product documentation;
- may be revoked by us in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback, or AUP violation.
7. AI-generated content
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate trends, ideas, and adapted content. Outputs are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy, originality, completeness, non-infringement, or compliance with any third-party platform's rules. Outputs are statistical: similar prompts may yield similar outputs across users. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and lawfully using any AI output.
8. Your content & license to us
You retain ownership of the prompts, niche profiles, and other inputs you submit ("Inputs"), and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, of the outputs generated for you ("Outputs"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Inputs and Outputs solely to provide and improve the Service to you. We do not license Inputs or Outputs to third-party AI providers for training their foundation models.
9. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence;
- harass, defame, or threaten others, or generate hateful content targeting protected groups;
- infringe intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- create or distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape or bulk-extract Service outputs to train or fine-tune any third-party AI model, or to resell as a derivative dataset;
- circumvent rate limits, authentication, billing, or region restrictions;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source from the Service except where permitted by law;
- share account credentials, exceed a single user per account (except via Team Sharing), or impersonate others.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
10. Developer API
Developer API access is currently available on the Power tier. API keys (issued with a tp_ prefix) are personal, must not be shared or resold, and are subject to per-key and per-endpoint rate limits. We may suspend keys engaged in abuse, attacks, or AUP violations. You agree to keep your keys confidential and to rotate them promptly if compromised.
10a. Embeddable Widgets
We may make embeddable widgets available for use on third-party sites (the "Widgets"). Your use of any Widget on a site you control or operate is permitted free of charge, subject to:
- Attribution must remain visible. Each Widget includes visible TINS HUB attribution (for example a "Powered by TINS HUB" link). You must not hide, remove, obscure, restyle to be unreadable, cover, or otherwise suppress that attribution, including via CSS, scripts, iframes, sandbox attributes, or DOM manipulation.
- No re-hosting of Widget data. Data delivered through a Widget is licensed for display inside that Widget on your site only. You must not re-serve it, cache it on third-party CDNs, redistribute it in feeds or APIs, repackage it as your own, or use it to train machine-learning models.
- No automated scraping, token harvesting, or replay. Tokens, sessions, or other access credentials issued to a Widget are bound to that Widget instance and must not be harvested, replayed, shared across sites, or used outside the rendered Widget.
- Right to revoke. We may revoke or restrict Widget access from any IP address, domain, or account at our discretion, with or without notice, including by automated block.
Continued use of a Widget after revocation, or use of any Widget in breach of this section, constitutes unauthorised access for the purposes of these Terms.
11. DMCA & copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices. To submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (or equivalent), email support@tinshub.com with subject "DMCA" including:
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Service;
- your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will process valid notices and may remove the material and notify the affected user, who may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
12. Trademarks & feedback
"TINS HUB" and our logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without prior written permission. If you submit feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it to improve the Service.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW (E.G., GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR DEATH/PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE).
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your Inputs or use of Outputs, (b) your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, payment failure, or risk to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time; a 30-day soft-delete window applies during which the deletion can be reversed by signing in. After 30 days, personal identifiers are anonymized. Billing-of-record (subscriptions, payments, login/IP, webhook events, dispute correspondence) is retained for up to 600 days to comply with payment-network chargeback rules — see Privacy Policy §3.
17. Modifications to the Service
We continuously evolve the Service. We may add, change, deprecate, or remove features. Where a change materially reduces functionality of a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice and, if you object, a pro-rata refund of any prepaid unused period as your sole remedy.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and an in-app prompt requiring acceptance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version and date appear at the top of this page.
19. Governing law & disputes
The governing law and forum depend on your contracting party (see §1):
- Smart Earners Team Inc. — these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for qualifying disputes.
- Smart Innovation Technologies Limited — these Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under your local mandatory law.
20. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor; you may not assign without our consent. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.

When we materially update these terms, we notify registered users by email and present an in-app prompt requiring acceptance before continued use.
